On November 4, 2020, the 3rd China International Import Expo (CIIE), sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, opened in Shanghai. The event lasted for six days, during which Global Tone Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (GTCOM) served as a language and technology service provider and fully secured smooth operation. Thus, GTCOM has served each edition of CIIE.

The total exposition area of this CIIE was nearly 30,000 square meters larger than the previous edition.
