How time flies. In the blink of an eye, GTCOM has gone through eight years of development. Over the past eight years, it has been racing against time with extraordinary perseverance and wisdom, making a qualitative leap while taking up challenges and pursuing its dreams.

Eight years ago, we only had a small office. Eight years later, we have not only a headquarter in Beijing but also five subsidiaries in Qingdao, Shanghai, Shaanxi, Chengdu and California's Silicon Valley, in addition to GTCOM Digital Media and Entertainment Co., Ltd. Eight years ago, we started from zero and made breakthroughs based on language genes. Eight years later, we not only lead the industry in machine translation, language technology and service capabilities but have also enhanced our technology R&D and application strength in the fields such as financial technology, research data analysis, digital city and the industrial Internet.

Eight years ago, we set out on a journey; eight years later, we have achieved considerable growth. As Eric Yu, general manager of China Translation Corporation and deputy chairman of GTCOM, said in his speech at the celebration, "Over the past eight years, we've experienced hardships and excitement, but we did realize many dreams that were unimaginable."
